Solenoid Valve Information:

Solenoid valves are actuators, which are automatic basic components that control the direction of the fluid, and are commonly used on mechanical control and industrial valves.
The working principle of the solenoid valve: The solenoid valve has a closed cavity, and there are through holes in different positions of the cavity. Each hole leads to a different conduit. There is a valve in the middle of the cavity and two electromagnets on both sides. To which side, use the movement of the control valve body to block or leak different oil discharge holes, while the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter the different oil discharge pipes, and then push the oil in the cylinder through pressure. The piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanism to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current to the electromagnet.

Solenoid valve is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic, which is used in industrial control system to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valve is controlled by electromagnetic effect, and the main control method is controlled by relay. In this way, the solenoid valve can cooperate with different circuits to achieve the expected control, and the control accuracy and flexibility can be guaranteed.
