Solenoid Valve Information:

There is a closed chamber inside the solenoid valve of the excavator, and there are holes in different positions, and each hole leads to a different oil pipe. There is a valve body in the middle of the chamber, and there are two electromagnets on both sides of the valve body, whichever side of the solenoid coil is energized, the valve body will be attracted to which side, thereby blocking or exposing different oil discharge holes. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the fluid medium will enter the different row pipes. Then the piston of the oil cylinder is driven by the medium pressure, which further drives the piston valve rod, drives the mechanical device, and produces a series of mechanical movements.

Solenoid valve structure:
Solenoid valve includes (coil, magnet, ejector rod).
When the coil is connected to the current, it will generate magnetism, attract each other with the magnet, and the magnet will pull the ejector rod. Turn off the power supply, the magnet and the push rod are reset, and the solenoid valve has just completed the working process like this. This is how a solenoid valve works.
Solenoid valves are generally used in hydraulic systems to close and open oil circuits.
In fact, according to the temperature and pressure of the flowing medium, such as the pipeline has pressure and the self-flowing state has no pressure. Solenoid valves work differently.
For example, if zero-voltage start is required in the self-flow state, the coil will completely suck up the gate body after power is applied.
As for the solenoid valve in the pressure state, a pin inserted on the gate body is sucked out after the coil is energized, and the gate body is pushed up by the pressure of the fluid itself.
The difference between these two methods is that the solenoid valve in the self-flow state, because the coil has to suck up the entire gate body, so the solenoid valve in the pressurized state only needs to suck up the pin, so the volume can be compared small.
