The fuel injection advance angle is an important adjustment parameter in order to obtain good combustion and normal work, as well as obtain more economical fuel consumption and better emission indiors, and it has a great impact on the performance of the whole machine.
When the fuel injection advance angle is too large, due to the low air temperature in the cylinder when fuel is injected, the mixture formation conditions are poor, the preparation period is long, the diesel engine works rough (a rhythmic and crisp "quack" sound can be heard), and the fuel consumption increases , the power drops, the idling speed is unstable and the starting is difficult; if the fuel injection advance angle is too small, the fuel cannot burn quickly near the top dead center, the afterburning period increases, the combustion temperature rises and the pressure drops, the engine overheats, and the thermal efficiency drops significantly. The exhaust pipe emits white smoke, and the power and economy deteriorate. Therefore, in order to ensure good engine performance, the optimum fuel injection advance angle must be selected.
